Terms of service.

These terms govern your use of Forge. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. They are short on purpose.

1. Who you are agreeing with

Forge is operated by Waelas Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 16397759) with registered office at 71–75 Shelton Street, London WC2H 9JQ. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean Waelas Ltd. "You" means the account holder.

2. The service

Forge is a scheduling and calendar product. We provide the software and infrastructure. You provide the bookings, calendar connections, and content. The service is delivered "as is" and "as available".

Your clients’ data. When you use Forge to take bookings or keep records about your clients, you are the controller of their personal data and we process it for you. Our Data Processing Agreement forms part of these terms and sets out how. You are responsible for telling your clients how you use their data — you can link your own privacy notice from your booking page in Settings.

3. Your account

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us immediately at support@forge.page if you suspect unauthorised access.

Forge is for business use. By creating an account you confirm you are using it for your trade, business, craft or profession. If you are nonetheless a consumer under the law that applies to you, nothing in these terms takes away the rights that law gives you.

4. Acceptable use

Don't use Forge to:

• Send spam or unsolicited communications.
• Impersonate someone else.
• Run anything illegal under UK or EU law.
• Attack the service — DDoS, automated scraping, or exploitation of bugs without responsible disclosure.
• Process special-category personal data under UK GDPR (race, religion, health, sexual orientation, biometric data and so on) without explicit consent from the data subjects.
• Collect personal data from children under 13 (or the higher age of digital consent where you or they are) without verifiable consent from a parent or guardian.
• Upload or publish content you don’t have the right to use.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules.

5. Your content

Anything you create on Forge — booking link slugs, profile content, event types, custom copy — remains yours. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, and process this content solely for the purpose of providing the service. We claim no rights to your content beyond that.

6. Service availability

We aim for high availability but we do not promise specific uptime targets. The service depends on third-party providers (Google, Fly.io, Neon and others) whose availability is outside our control. We are not liable for losses arising from temporary outages, missed bookings, or data sync delays.

7. Termination

You can close your account at any time from Settings → Profile, or by emailing support@forge.page. Deleting it from Settings erases everything immediately and cannot be undone; if you own a team, hand it over or delete the team first. We can terminate accounts for breach of these terms, prolonged inactivity (24 months or more), or if continuing to provide the service becomes commercially or legally untenable. Except in cases of serious breach, we will give 30 days notice and offer an export of your data.

8. Paid plans, renewal and cancellation

• Paid plans are subscriptions. The price and how often you are charged (monthly or yearly) are shown next to the subscribe button and on the payment page before you pay. UK and EU prices include VAT; US sales tax is added where it applies.
• Your plan renews automatically at the end of each billing period, and we charge the card on file, until you cancel.
• The founding-member plan is £99 a year for three years. After year three it continues automatically at the standard annual price (currently £140 a year) unless you cancel.
• Team plans are priced per host. The total changes automatically as hosts join or leave, never below two hosts, and Stripe adjusts the next charge in proportion.
• You can cancel at any time in Settings → Plan & billing, with no need to email or call us. Cancelling stops future charges; you keep your plan until the end of the period you have already paid for, and then your account moves to the Free plan. We email you to confirm when your subscription starts and when you cancel.
• If we change the price of your plan, we will email you before the new price applies to you, in time for you to cancel first. We also email annual subscribers before each renewal.
• Refunds. If you ask within 30 days of your first paid charge, we will refund it in full. If you cancel an annual plan early after that, we will refund the whole months you have not used. Other charges are not refundable, but cancelling always stops the next one. To ask for a refund, email support@forge.page.

9. Content, copyright and reports

Only upload material you own or have permission to use. Anyone can report content on Forge that they believe is illegal or breaks these terms, using our report form; copyright notices can also follow our copyright policy.

• A person reviews every report. We do not use automated tools to judge content; we do check uploaded files’ type and size, and limit how fast forms can be used.
• If we find content is illegal or breaks these terms, we may remove it, make it unavailable, suspend a page, or suspend or close the account. We act proportionately and consider the rights of everyone involved.
• If we restrict your content or account, we will tell you what we did and why, what it was based on, and how to challenge it — reply to that email, and a different person will review the decision.
• We close the accounts of repeat infringers, and we may suspend accounts that repeatedly post clearly illegal content or repeatedly send clearly unfounded reports.

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UK law:

• We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages.
• Our total liability for any claim is capped at £100 or the fees you have paid us in the 12 months before the claim, whichever is greater.
• Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.

12. Changes to these terms

If we make material changes, we will email registered users at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after that point counts as acceptance.
