Why these prices?
Calendly Standard is $16/month and still doesn't include payments. SavvyCal Premium is $20/month, closer in spirit, more expensive in practice. Cal.com Teams matches us at $15 but ships with no host story and no warmth in the UI. Forge sits between the two, with Stripe in every paid plan and the personality built in. No surprise upgrades. No SMS surcharge buried in a footnote.
Billing questions.
- Can I switch plans?
- Yes, any direction, any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and prorate. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. No phone call, no retention specialist.
- What happens to my bookings if I downgrade?
- Bookings stay. Future event types or booking pages over the lower tier's limits get archived (not deleted). They reactivate the moment you upgrade again. You don't lose data by changing your mind.
- Do I need a card for the trial?
- No. Every new account gets 14 days with everything the paid tiers include, and we don't ask for a card to start it. When the 14 days are up you drop to Forge Free rather than being locked out — your booking pages stay live either way. Add a card whenever you're ready to stay on a paid plan, and that's the point you're charged.
- What about VAT?
- UK and EU prices are shown inclusive of VAT. Stripe collects it for HMRC and the EU automatically. US customers see sales tax added at checkout in the states that tax SaaS. You don't need to do anything. It's handled.
- Annual or monthly, which should I pick?
- Annual saves you 17%, the equivalent of two months free. Pick monthly if you're not sure Forge is the right tool yet. Pick annual if you've used it for thirty days and the answer is yes.
- Can I get a refund?
- Yes. Full refund within 30 days of any first paid charge, no questions. After 30 days, partial refund for the unused portion if you cancel an annual plan early. Email support@forge.page. It lands with me, not a queue.
