The page your client actually meets.

  • Your colours, your logo and your own uploaded typeface — not ours
  • Your face and your story before the calendar, so they know who they're booking
  • Times in the visitor's own timezone and 12/24h clock
  • The Forge badge comes off entirely on a paid plan

One calendar, with everything on it.

  • Bookings, invoices falling due, proposal deadlines and follow-ups on one grid
  • Reads every calendar you connect — Google, Microsoft 365, iCloud — so you're never double-booked
  • Writes bookings to the one you choose
  • Buffers, minimum notice, a daily cap and prep time: your week, protected

From “are you free in June?” to signed.

  • Enquiries arrive through your own intake form and land on a board, not in your inbox
  • Replies drafted in your voice — you read them before they send
  • Proposals in tiers, so the client picks the one that fits
  • They sign by typing their name; the deposit lands in the same step

Paid, and chased without you doing the chasing.

  • Take payment at booking or invoice afterwards — Stripe pays you directly
  • Instalments for jobs that run long; retainers that bill themselves
  • VAT handled per invoice and frozen onto what you sent
  • Overdue nudges written for you, shown before they go

And the rest

The rest of the studio.

Twelve more things Forge does. None of them is a separate tool.

  • Your own domain

book.yourstudio.com, with the certificate handled for you.

  • Teams

Shared booking pages, and round-robin to whoever has waited longest.

  • Routing forms

A few questions first, then the right event type or the right person.

  • Workflows

Reminders, follow-ups and nudges that fire on a schedule you set.

  • Contracts

Sent with the proposal, signed by typing a name, chased until they are.

  • Group polls

Send the options, let them vote, book the winner onto your calendar.

  • Client portal

One private link where a client finds their bookings and invoices.

  • Reviews

Clients leave one; nothing goes public until you publish it.

  • Shared slots

Pick times on your grid, send one link; the first to book gets it.

  • Self-service changes

Reschedule and cancel links in every confirmation. Your calendar follows.

  • Reports

What's booked, what's owed and what's overdue, with CSV of all of it.

  • Webhooks & Slack

Every booking, reschedule and cancellation posted where you want it.

What stays yours

Yours, not ours.

  • Your brand

The badge comes off at £14. Your logo, colours and typeface go on everything — the page, the portal, the emails.

  • Your clients

No cap on how many you can have. A limit on your own customers is a sales tactic, not a plan.

  • Your calendar

Two-way sync. Forge reads all of them and writes to the one you pick. Nothing is trapped here.

  • Your data

Bookings, invoices, leads and clients export to CSV from Reports. Delete your account and it all goes with it.

  • Your words

AI drafts replies, chases and proposals in your voice. It never sends. You do.

  • Your money

Payments run through your own Stripe account, straight to you. Forge never holds it.

Questions

Answered.

Is this another Calendly clone?

No. Calendly is a form. Forge opens with you — your face, your story, your colours — and then the calendar. Behind it is the calendar that runs the rest: enquiries, proposals, invoices and follow-ups, all as events on the same grid. Same booking outcome, different welcome.

Who is it for?

People who sell their own time and care how they show up: photographers, designers, coaches, consultants, therapists, podcast hosts, illustrators. One person or a handful. Not a sales floor.

What’s the closed beta period?

The closed beta runs from launch through Q3 2026. Beta users get founding-member pricing for three years and direct access to me on feedback. The first 500 closed-beta sign-ups get the founding-member £99/year lock.

What does the free plan include?

One booking page, one active event type, Google Calendar sync, unlimited bookings, and a small Forge badge in the footer. The badge is the price. Every paid feature is free for 14 days, no card needed.

What does it cost after that?

£14 a month, VAT included ($15 / €16), for the whole tool. £24 per host for Forge Team. Founding members pay £99 a year for three years — the first 500 only. No lifetime deals, and nothing hidden behind a sales call.

Can I export my data?

Yes. Your bookings and invoices export to CSV from Reports, and so do your leads and clients. Calendar sync is two-way, so your bookings live in your own calendar, not just Forge's database. For anything else you want a copy of, email support@forge.page.

Does it sync with Outlook?

Yes. Microsoft 365 and Outlook sync both ways, alongside Google Calendar and iCloud/CalDAV. Connect as many accounts as you like and set each one to write bookings into your calendar or just read it to block out conflicts.

Does the AI send anything on my behalf?

No. It drafts — replies to enquiries, invoice chases, proposals — in your voice, from what you’ve sent before. Nothing goes to a client until you’ve read it and pressed send.
